Review: The Templeogue Inn is situated right in the heart of Templeogue and would be more known as The Morgue. The lounge area is very spacious with quite a few enclosed seating spaces and a large bar area. The decor is wooden. Service by the friendly barstaff is quite swift and the pints taste fine. The prices are a little bit dearer than usual for the suburbs. Overall, this is a fine pub for a couple of pints and a chat with friends anytime of the week as it has a good relaxed atmosphere.

- What are you on about Fergal? (see below) Over top ruggerbuggers/soccerheads? The clientele in the Morgue are law abiding decent sports fans who are well treated by staff there. I take your points on prices but you're completely wide of the mark and insulting to its loyal customers. And the Guinness there in all my years drinking there has always been at least adequate and usually just fine. But lay off the customers, they'll do for me.
- Very expensive for its lunch time cavery, at least 3euro on other pubs in the area. Very poor pint of Guinness, more of a lager pub. Expensive too, near city centre prices. Nice lounge staff (attractive girls) but bar staff are poorly trained and keep changing. One barman put his fingers inside a pint glass of stout that had been left to settle, not good. 1.60cent for a dash of lime in ice-water at lunch time (this is free in most places). A mixed crowd too, over the top ruggerbuggers or soccerheads. Bar is for the older crowd (golf fans). Don't sit in the locals seats, you may be asked to move or get dirty looks all night.
