Review: Now known as the Firestone this pub is situated across from the Abbey Theatre, and is a real Dublin pub. No fancy gimmickery and nothing to declare but finely poured and crisp tasting pints, The Firestone is a great place for a pint. The pints are excellent value for the city centre and the service is superb. During happy hour 5-7 daily, all pints are 3 Euro each. The staff are very good at their job and freely chat away wit customers. This pub is a pub in which to wile the day away forgetting about the hectic schedule of day to day life. It is a good place for a pint before or after a show in The Abbey Theatre. Recommended for a chat and a pint. |
