Review: The Mint Bar is situated in The Westin Hotel on Westmoreland Street in Dublin. You have to enter through the front of the hotel and the Mint Bar can be found down the back, down the stairs on the left. The bar area itself has the bar in the middle with comfy stylish seats and tables surrounding the perimeter. The Mint Bar is a real stylish place for a pint and with it's large digital telly showing sports it's ideal for a pint or two on an afternoon. The pints are a little expensive (as is the food menu) but it's really all to be expected. They also offer live music on Saturday nights. A special mention must go the toilets which are one of the best and cleanest we have ever seen, so much so that the two of us who were drinking there mentioned them upon our return. Another nice touch were the newspapers that were available to pick up and read. Overall, a nice pub for a couple of relaxing drinks with friends or when lazing of an afternoon. | ||
