Review:
The Eleanora is situated in Drimnagh on Dublin's southside. It offers both a lounge and a bar section although this review will concentrate on the lounge area. Upon entering we headed left, to be found an area with comfortbale old style pub seating with a bar on the right. We headed down the back of the pub where there is a large open seating area - mainly wooden and cushioned seating. The bar service was good and there is an abundance of attentive lounge staff to cater for your needs. For sporting events there is a large screen TV as well as regular TV's dotted around the pub - and it shows live matches on Saturday afternoons. There is also a carvery for the all important pub lunch which looked very appetizing. The pints were 'delish' and keenly priced. On the Friday night we were there, there was a DJ and an entertaining pub quiz. All said, a good spot for a relaxing pint with friends in comfortable surroundings or a good place for a lunch and a newspaper.

Public Reviews:

- The Eleanora is a good pub to watch the football in on a Saturday afternoon. The atmosphere is good, the service grand and the pints of beer were crisp and tasty.
