- The greatest pub in Ireland. A real winner. I mean where are are you going to get a pint of Guinness that is so good its incomprehensible and a jacks that is right out of medieval east end London. I just left there and as always ten out of ten.

- I recently visited this pub, and to my delight i discovered a great pint of stout and a fond openness to allwing patrons expose themselves in the lounge area!what can i say.this place has it all.

- Im' a well known reguler down 'the blue' and I have to say that this is the most homely pub on the southside. The female bar staf are all cuties & they always give me great service. The toilets are well maintained but there is no heating for smokers. Over all its a grand spot - my home away from home.

- This is a nice, quiet establishment where you can have a few well-deserved pints with your friends and actually hear what they're saying. The toilets are also well maintained. Bar and lounge staff are friendly and efficient, the drink is reasonably priced and the guiness is the best around. all in all a great pub for a few scoups!!

- A great spot for a quiet scoop in the evening. A great seating area at the back where there is always a lively, friendly, good looking crowd. A very under rated pub full of nice people. Well presented with a lovely paint job on the front.

- A very nice pub to hang by the bar and put out the vibe. Also know by locals as "The Blue" or "The Bluey" and more recently known as "The Rats Nest". Locals are often seen runting it up Monday to Sunday. Overall a great spot for grabbying a couple of tasters.

- Had a fantastic night in this pub when I was visiting Dublin. I really enjoyed myself with the local crowd. Its much better than all those pubs in the city centre - just give it a try !!

- This is the greatest pub in the World! It is in a key location which is ideal if you want to go to Tram Co, Mc gowans or Club Sarah. The staff are friendly and the pub cater's for all nationality's whether you're from South africa or Spain.

- This must be the best pub in the world. All the rats and runts come from all round the area to enjoy this long established rodents nest. I myself have to travel along way from the fields of Normandy but it is well worth it. Enjoy one of the best nights you'll ever have!!

- Being a genius from Townsville, "The Nest" was where I learnt how to runt it up big style when I was in Ireland. Sure its a big cry away from walking through the streets of Sydney looking for some women but that's where the Blue Haven is different. Its second only to the Woolshed in terms of atmosphere.

- "Thursday nights down the Blue". Fantastic pub. Bar staff and waiting staff are genuinely nice people. Comfortable and right in the middle of a great community. I'd write more but I'm off down The Blue.
