- Used to work in the barrett cheshire in herbert street back in 98 and the residents wanted to go to the 51 almost on a daily basis - so I joined in and never regretted it. though it was a bit uncomfortable, since there were no wheelchair-accessible jacks. and that meant a lot of work and artistry. but, as I said before: never regretted it!

- Great pub to visit after a match at Lansdowne Rd. Good pint and usually a DJ or a Band for the crowds heading back into town.

- Best carvery in Ireland! Lovely atmosphere and great for quiet afternoon pint with friendly staff. Can get a bit too full during match days.
