Review: The Inn on the Green is situated in The Fitzwilliam Hotel just next to St.Stephens Green Shopping Centre. You would be forgiven for missing it as you walk past as to get to the bar, you have to walk through both the hotel courtesy desk and the main reception area. This is the sort of bar to go to if you want to have a quiet drink with a friend or a date as it is very low key and relaxed. The service is excellent as befits a bar of this standard. Although, the prices are a bit on the expensive side, this is a small price to pay for the ambient atmosphere, spacious enviroment and the lack of loud music. One thing that stood out to us while we were enjoying a couple of drinks and a chat was the glasses in which our spirits were served - they were oval shaped rather than circular at the top. All in all, this is a good spot for a quiet drink in a nice atmosphere, probably best suited for couples or a business meeting.
