Review: Handels is situated on Fishamble Street across from the County Council offices and just down the road from Christchurch Cathedral. A somewhat trendy pub mainly populated by suits from the offices and fashionable students, Handels is a good spot for a night out. It plays a variety of music and is unusually dark with candles each table. The seats are very comfortable. Pints are expensive but you will expect this as soon as you walk into the place. Service is swift and prompt. It doesn't get overly packed and has an upstairs to cater for overflow. Handels is a good pub to start or finish a night out in.

- This is a nice clean place that has great staff and good prices. Guinness is 3.10 E per pint. This is the place you can meet people easily and has a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed it!
- good spot! Good music ,young crowd and cheap drink!
- Good bar with friends, decent music and friendly staff. Some good DJ nights too. Interesting decor, cheap drink!
