Review: Charlie P's is situated on Eden Quay and is within walking distance of O'Connell Street. This pub is ideal for a couple of pints and a laugh and a chat with mates. The pints are reasonably priced and the service is good. They have a live DJ at the weekends which adds to the atmosphere. Some of the tables in the pub are well worth seeing asthey are carved from trees, indeed some of them have holes in the middle so watch where you place your pint. The pub also has some 'church' memrobilia and 'drinking from it's altar' is just the thing to do any night of the week. Public Reviews: - Drank there every nite 4 weeks on end. Easy to run over and catch the last bus home. Some laughs. Bar men were deadly laugh. Those were the days. X Submitted by Wendy, Walkinstown - This is great for students. Had my very first student nite there too, very entertaining with lots of prizes and tshirts and promo's and they weren't strict at all, student ID accepted for those still waiting on their age cards!
