Invented at a Townhouse in Emeryville by a barman who had just
completed a shift, this cocktail is gorgeous to some, horrible
to others.
Although the barman was a whiskey man, he chose vodka when making
this drink for his friends and many say he made the right choice.
It was called Luther for a while but it never stuck and so it is
known as The Drink With No Name.
1 1/2 ounces Vodka
1/4 ounce Cointreau
1/8 ounce Chartreuse
