Ramos Gin Fiz

Description
Also, known as the New Orleans Fizz, this drink was first mixed by thr Ramous brothers in New Orleans during Prohibition, that terrible time when alcohol was outlawed in America. So the brothers Ramos were forced to keep the recipe a secret over the course of time but to retaliate against the 'feds' and offer their friends hope they let out the elusive ingredients for all and thought the drink has passed through many hands, it's trademark still lies in New Orleans in the Fairmount Hotel.

If your bar doesn't serve it, here's the ingredients
below, tell them, if you're nice they may make it
for you or you can make it yourself at home.

Ingredients:
Shake 1 1/2 ounces of gin,
1/2 ounce of lemon juice,
Three dashes of orange-flower water,
A teaspoon of simple syrup,
An egg white,
& 2 ounces of cream until they become a rich mixture.
Pour into a large wine goblet and top with soda water.

Enjoy!
