aka The Irish Car Bomb
When it turns to that time of the night when you need
a little bit of madness, drink this up to get the sparks
going. Be warned however, this is lethal and we cannot
stress that enough.
If your bar doesn't serve it, here's the ingredients
below, tell them, if you're nice they may make it
for you or you can make it yourself at home.
1/2 oz Baileys
1 oz Jameson
1/2 Pint of Guinness
Get a 1/2 pint of Guinness poured in a half pint glass - not all
the way to the top. While this is settling, pour Jameson into a
shot glass and top up with Baileys.
When Guinness is settled 'drop' shot glass (easy does it) into
the Guinness. Drink quickly before it becomes a coagulated mess.
It does go down a lot easier than thought.
