Not an ideal away to get home unless you want to pay a fortune.
Horse & Carts are usually found around St.Stephens Green where
they charge £20+ for a trip around the park.
In theory, if you are drunk and stupid enough (and have an unlimited
amount of money to spend, you could try to persuade the rider to
drop you home although it is unlikely this would work.
They are probably best used as a romantic treat for your girlfriend
or boyfriend though and perhaps as a quick journey to a pub in
the Stephens Green area.
